We respect your right to delete your data. This page explains everything about our account deletion process.
Important: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible after the 30-day grace period. Before deleting, make sure you have redeemed any referral rewards or saved important exam results.
To protect users from accidental deletions, ReePASS uses a 30-day grace period. During this time, your account is deactivated but your data is retained, giving you the opportunity to change your mind and reactivate your account.
When you permanently delete your account, the following data is removed:
⚠️ Please Note: Any referral rewards, premium subscription credit, or coin balance that has not been withdrawn will be permanently forfeited upon account deletion. We strongly recommend withdrawing any available balance before initiating deletion.
You can request account deletion directly from the ReePASS mobile app or by contacting our support team.
Tap the profile tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap your profile picture or name to open settings.
Scroll to the bottom of the settings page and find the red "Delete Account" button.
You will be asked to type "DELETE" to confirm your intent. This prevents accidental deletion.
A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. Your account is now in the 30-day grace period.
Send a deletion request to support@reepass.com from your registered email address. Include your username in the email.

Once the 30 days have elapsed, deletion is permanent and irreversible. Our support team cannot recover deleted accounts.
After permanent deletion, we may retain certain anonymized data for legal compliance and fraud prevention:
This retained data cannot be linked back to your identity and will not be used for marketing purposes.
